Oakbrook Villas is a private community of 71 individual homes organized as a site condominium. The Villas share a beautiful pool and clubhouse with Oakbrook Condominiums. We are ideally located near shopping, U of M campus and downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The Villas are within easy walking distance of spacious Cranbrook Park, a city-maintained area with a walking trail, picnic tables, a playground, basketball hoops, and a tennis court.
